"Displaced overlapping fracture deformity of the proximal humerus involving the humeral neck. Approximately 3 cm of overlap of the fracture fragments. Lateral displacement and mild rotation of the humeral head fragment with no glenohumeral joint dislocation. No obvious new callus formation has developed across the fracture site when compared to prior radiograph 3/30/2024. Mild glenohumeral joint arthritis. Mild AC joint arthritis. Osteopenia."
